Aisha jamila Hinds was born in the United States and is most well-known for her performance in The Shield. In April 2007 she married Abhishek Bachchan, a regular co-star as well as the daughter of Bollywood great Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that reunited two of India's most powerful actors.
